Join Allison Massa, Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Therapist, and Private Chef, for a peaceful evening of Restorative Breath Work & Sound Bath.
This relaxing event will combine intentional breathing techniques with the healing vibrations of sound therapy, helping you release tension, find balance, and leave feeling refreshed. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, and attendees are encouraged to bring a pillow for extra comfort.
