ICOLD-WATER THERAPY, ALSO REFERRED TO AS ICE BATHS OR COLD PLUNGES, IS THE PRACTICE OF IMMERSING YOURSELF IN A FULL TUB OF COLD WATER.

COLD PLUNGE / SAUNA Rules
- If this is your first session, a staff member will be with you in the room for safety and to guide you through your initial experience.
- Please be freshly showered prior to your session.
- Please avoid using any lotions, oils, creams, or perfumes prior.
- If you will be receiving a Massage or Facial, please schedule your plunge session prior time your treatment.
- Bring a bathing suit to wear
COLD PLUNGE / SAUNA Rules
- Inform staff of any health conditions or concerns prior to your plunge session.
- Please hold on to the side of the tub when entering and exiting.
- Please make sure to dry off completely before leaving the room.
Our staff is close by and available for the duration of your session.
If at any point you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, nauseas, disoriented, or any other symptom of discomfort, please find a staff member, call out, or knock on the wall.
