The techniques applied during this treatment are designed to reach the deeper musculature and reduce muscle recovery time between exercise routines and daily wear and tear. The use of deep massage strokes and issue-specific stretches enhance the overall therapeutic process. The goal is to assist with healing any damaged muscle tissue and chronic pain injuries and to reduce inflammation related pain.

Cupping Therapy helps to relieve pain, muscle tension, migraines, increases blood flow, reduces muscle recovery time between workouts and helps calm the nervous system.

This session will be focused on specific stretches to assist with any area of muscle pain, imbalances, or inflexibility.

This treatment will address a specific area of injury or pain. The adjacent musculature will also be addressed to aid in resolving the chief complaint. This treatment will begin with a patient assessment and may include any combination of heat or ice application, topical analgesics, stretching, cupping therapy, manual trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, and deep tissue massage therapy.

This is an important treatment for expectant mothers. Prenatal massage can reduce pregnancy related discomfort and pain and enhance the physiological and emotion wellbeing of both mother and fetus.

This treatment is focused on the feet and based on the principal that there are zones and reflex points, which corresponds to the specific glands, organs, and body functions. Pressure is applied to these points to reduce stress, improve blood supply, aid in unblocking nerve supply and restore balance to the body.
